Based on cutting edge research and extensive practitioner expertise, this practical program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to enhance your practice in advising families in business.
Family Business Association’s (FBA) Advisor Accreditation program is your gateway to the vast network of Family Businesses across Australia.
The program consists of two core courses, plus one optional:
- Advising Family Businesses – Part 1
- Advising Family Businesses – Part 2
- Governing the Family Enterprise (optional – leads to specialist advisor accreditation)
Throughout each course you will be challenged to rethink your views on family business advising through the expertise of your facilitators and the sharing of experiences and learnings by your peers. You will demonstrate your increased knowledge and skills through practical assessment tasks designed enhance your ability in applying tools which will differentiate you from your competitors and add value to your practice.
