Full course description
Overview
Become your organisation’s business improvement expert.
In Lean Six Sigma organisations, it's the Black Belts who lead the organisation's improvement processes and provide support to both the "operational" Green Belts and Senior Management on Lean Six Sigma and business improvement issues.
With their higher levels of knowledge and skill, Black Belts can tackle issues that have stubbornly resisted resolution by Green Belts. They can also mentor and support Green Belt teams and take the strategic perspective required to align improvement efforts to strategic priorities.
What will you learn?
- Gain Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation
- Lead teams of Green Belts through quality improvement and efficiency projects
- Develop the strategic insights necessary to align operational excellence to organisational strategy
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding improvement projects
Who is this for?
Business Improvement Managers and Leaders who have completed their Green Belt and want to become their organisation’s expert in improvement methodologies.
