Overview
Understand key concepts and issues surrounding analysis of financial performance.The information contained in financial reports is critical to understanding your organisation's situation - the opportunities for improvement and issues to be addressed. This is true no matter what sector you're in.
This program will give you the capability and confidence to interpret and use financial and accounting information. Assuming no prior knowledge or training, it will explore the basic ideas behind the key financial accounting reports.

Dr Chris Graves - Co-Founder, Family Business Education & Research Group (FEBRG), The University of Adelaide
Chris leads the Adelaide Business School's FBERG, and has substantial experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Australia and Asia. He holds a Masters in Economics from the University of New England, and a PhD from The University of Adelaide, which investigated factors limiting the ability of family-owned SMEs to grow internationally, and how they could be overcome. Chris has also worked extensively as a Chartered Accountant across multiple sectors.
